Living Waters Care operates licensed Adult Foster Homes in Salem, Oregon, providing care for a small number of residents in a comfortable, residential setting. Unlike large facilities, our homes offer a true family-style environment, allowing residents to receive individualized attention, build meaningful relationships, and maintain a sense of independence. Our goal is to help residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity — in a place that truly feels like home.

We are unique in that it we provide our residents with a true home experience while also providing the best home health care in the industry.
